PARKography is curated by creators Jason and Abby Epperson, the team behind the RV Miles Podcast and YouTube channel. Traveling the country full-time from 2016 - 2023, Jason and Abby developed a deep love for our public lands, and that love led them to develop the America's National Parks Podcast, now called PARKography.
Our Story
Since 2018, we’ve shared the stories of our National Parks through our America’s National Parks podcast. In 2025 we expanded our storytelling to encompass public lands beyond just the National Parks., including State Parks, National Forests, Wildlife Refuges, Bureau of Land Management, and countless other public lands.
These places hold incredible stories, natural wonders, and cultural significance, and they deserve to be explored, understood, and protected.
That’s why we expanded and rebranded as PARKography.
PARKography is about more than just visiting beautiful places—it’s about diving deeper into their stories, the challenges they face, and the people who work tirelessly to preserve them.
Working with a team of writers, each PARKography episode will bring you on a storytelling journey through breathtaking landscapes, untold histories, and the fascinating science that keeps these places thriving, as well as the latest breaking news and information you need to explore our nation’s wonders.
Through education, storytelling, and awareness, we aim to inspire a deeper connection to these incredible places and encourage action to support them.
